"Between 35 and 40, I noticed that the ‘middle age spread’ had

I told Eduardo the other day that he had changed my life, and it's true.
Within a couple of weeks of working out with him and following his nutrition
plan for me, I found that my health and general well being were already
improving. By eating properly I started noticing that I no longer
had those dreaded afternoon cravings for sweets that always made me
blow my 'diet'! It came easy to stick to the nutrition plan because
I am eating foods that I like, not foods that are imposed on me. The
